Our story
Ky Vinson founded Klean Lots in 2019 as a fleet and pressure washing company. After over 15 years in the industry as a Power Equipment Operator, he stepped up to serve as Director of Operations at Sea-Tac Sweeping Services—owned by his dad, Al Vinson—where he led their Civil division.
In October of 2024, Ky bought Sea-Tac Sweeping's assets and re-launched Klean Lots as a full-service construction services company, providing Street Sweeping and Dump Trucking for the largest infrastructure projects in the Puget Sound region. As a family-owned business with a dedicated team of 14 and counting, Klean Lots is committed to keeping our region moving and growing by keeping our communities clean and maintaining the integrity of our local infrastructure.
