Dump Truck Services & Material Hauling
Klean Lots runs dump trucks throughout King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County for import, export, spoils removal, and aggregate delivery. We haul for major infrastructure work including the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and the Cedar Hills Regional Landfill, and we scale truck counts to the excavation rather than making you chase capacity. Call (253) 410-0159.
Trucking is the constraint on most earthwork schedules. An excavator that can load faster than the trucks can cycle is an expensive machine sitting idle, and a site with nowhere to put spoils stops working entirely. What matters is not the truck — it is whether the trucking partner can hold the cycle time you planned around, day after day, through traffic, scale queues, and a haul route that changes as the project moves.

What dump trucking from Klean Lots includes
Export and spoils removal
Excavation spoils, unsuitable material, and demolition debris hauled to approved disposal.
Import and aggregate delivery
Structural fill, base course, sand, and rock delivered to the pad or the trench.
Infrastructure and transit work
Sustained multi-truck operations on public works projects with the documentation that comes with them.
Landfill and disposal hauls
Ongoing hauling to regional disposal facilities, including work at Cedar Hills Regional Landfill.
Sweeping debris disposal
Material our own sweepers pick up goes out on our own trucks, which keeps it a single line item.
Snow hauling
The same fleet relocates snow off properties when piles become a problem in the winter.
Equipment we run
- End dump trucks for bulk export and import
- Transfer and truck-and-pup configurations for higher volume per trip
- Loaders for on-site loading support
- Coordination with our sweepers so haul routes stay clean as the trucks run
Who we do this for
- Excavation and site contractors during mass grading
- General contractors on WSDOT, Sound Transit, and county projects
- Utility and underground contractors needing trench spoils removed
- Demolition contractors and landfill operations
How it works
- 1
Send volume, material type, origin, destination, and schedule to contracts@kleanlots.com, or call (253) 410-0159.
- 2
We size the truck count to your loader and target cycle time, and confirm the haul route and disposal site.
- 3
Trucks run to the schedule, and we sweep the haul route as needed so track-out does not become a separate problem.
- 4
You get load counts and tickets for each day.
Permits, compliance & why this matters
Haul routes in King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County are subject to local load, route, and hours restrictions, and any material leaving a construction site is subject to the same stormwater expectations as the site itself. Running sweeping and trucking under one contractor means the road behind the trucks is somebody's responsibility by default rather than an argument after the fact.

Dump Trucking: common questions
What areas do you haul in?
King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County, and out to broader Washington and Oregon on project work. Our trucks run out of Kent and Tacoma.
Can you provide enough trucks for a large excavation?
Yes. We staff sustained multi-truck operations on major infrastructure projects. Give us the target cycle time and daily volume and we will tell you honestly what we can hold.
Do you handle disposal, or do we have to arrange it?
We can arrange disposal at approved facilities, or haul to a site you designate. Tell us the material type up front, since contaminated or regulated material changes both the destination and the cost.
What major projects have you hauled on?
The SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid for WSDOT under Skanska USA Civil, T-18 Shore Power for the Port of Seattle under Shimmick Construction, and Cedar Hills Regional Landfill for King County under Goodfellow Bros.
