Outside our core counties

Oregon & out-of-area project work

Klean Lots travels into Oregon and greater Washington for civil and infrastructure project work. This is defined-scope, defined-duration work — not recurring routes. If you have a project that justifies mobilizing equipment and crews, call us.

Where the line is, honestly

Our yard is in Kent and our office is in Tacoma. Everything we can service on a reliable schedule — nightly parking lot routes, seasonal snow contracts, same-day callouts — lives inside King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County. That is a capability statement, not a preference.

Project work is different. When a job runs long enough and is big enough to justify mobilizing equipment and crews, distance stops being the deciding factor. That is the basis on which we work in Oregon and elsewhere in Washington.

Oregon & project work questions

Does Klean Lots work in Oregon?

Yes, on project work. We travel into Oregon for civil and infrastructure jobs — street sweeping, construction sweeping and track-out control, dump trucking, dust control, and hydrovac on a defined project scope with a defined duration. Call (253) 410-0159 with the project and the schedule.

Do you offer recurring service in Oregon, like parking lot routes or snow contracts?

No. Recurring service — nightly parking lot sweeping, seasonal snow contracts, weekly routes — is limited to King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County in Washington, where we can actually hold a schedule. We would rather tell you that up front than sign a route we cannot service reliably from Kent.

What kind of Oregon projects are a good fit?

Sustained civil and infrastructure work where the scope justifies mobilizing equipment and crews: highway and transit projects, port and industrial sites, large earthwork operations, and anything running long enough that a travelling crew makes sense. Short one-off callouts several hours from our yard usually do not pencil for either of us.

How do I get a quote for an Oregon project?

Call (253) 410-0159 or email contracts@kleanlots.com with the location, scope, duration, and start date. Mobilization is a real line item at that distance, so the more specific you are about duration, the more accurate the number.

Do you work elsewhere in Washington outside your four core counties?

Yes, on the same project-work basis. Our recurring-service territory is King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County, but we take defined-scope civil work elsewhere in the state.

Looking for recurring service instead?

These are the counties where we run routes, hold snow contracts, and respond same-day.

Have a project outside our core counties?

Send us the scope, duration, and start date and we will tell you straight whether we can staff it.
