The Master Builders Association of Pierce County recently featured Ky and Alex in their #MembershipMonday spotlight, highlighting their fresh energy in an industry where young leadership is rare. As cousins who ran their family business together before officially purchasing it and becoming business partners in 2024, they bring both family values and professional expertise to heavy construction clean-up. Today, Klean Lots is powered by a close-knit team of 13 employees, specializing in dump trucking, street sweeping, and heavy construction clean-up. Their commitment to the community runs deep—Alex previously led MBA Pierce's non-profit BOLT, and both are passionate advocates for growing opportunities for young people in the trades while actively supporting industry advocacy through PAC contributions. We're proud to be part of the MBAPC family and look forward to continued collaboration in building stronger communities across Pierce County.
