Temporary Construction Fencing & Site Security

Klean Lots supplies temporary construction fencing across King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County — chain link panels, privacy screening, pedestrian and vehicle gates, and barricades. Delivered, installed, maintained through the project, and removed when you are done. Call (253) 410-0159.

Temporary fencing is what makes a site a controlled site. It keeps the public out, keeps your equipment where you left it, and defines the pedestrian route around your work in a way that satisfies both the jurisdiction and your safety plan. On urban infill work in Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett, the fence line and the pedestrian detour are often the first thing the city looks at.

How it works

  1. 1

Call (253) 410-0159 with the site, approximate linear footage, and duration.

  2. 2

We confirm gate locations, screening, and whether the jurisdiction requires a specific pedestrian route.

  3. 3

Crews install, maintain it through the project, reconfigure as phases move, and remove it at the end.

Permits, compliance & why this matters

Most Puget Sound jurisdictions require construction sites to be secured and require an approved pedestrian route where a sidewalk is closed, typically under a street use permit. Getting the fence line and detour right up front avoids a stop-work conversation later.

Temporary Fencing: common questions

How long can I rent temporary fencing for?

Anywhere from a short event to a multi-year infrastructure project. Long-duration rentals are priced monthly.

Do you install it or just drop it off?

We install it. Panel fence that is set up wrong falls over in the first real windstorm, which is a liability problem and not a savings.

Can you add privacy screening with our logo area?

Yes. Screening is common for both visual control and dust, and it doubles as a place for site signage.
