Construction Dumpster & Roll-Off Rental

Klean Lots provides construction dumpsters and roll-off containers across King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston County for debris, demolition, and site cleanout, with scheduled swaps so work never stops for a full box. We supplied dumpsters on the T-18 Shore Power project for the Port of Seattle. Call (253) 410-0159.

A full container is a stopped crew. The value in a debris box program is not the box, it is the swap showing up before the box is overflowing — which means someone is tracking fill rate against your schedule instead of waiting for a phone call. Because we already run trucks and sweepers on most of these sites, we tend to see the box before you do.

How it works

  1. 1

Call (253) 410-0159 with the site, the material, and how fast you expect to fill it.

  2. 2

We place containers where they will not block your access or your crane pick.

  3. 3

Swaps run on a schedule, and we adjust as your phase changes.

Permits, compliance & why this matters

Containers placed in public right of way generally require a street use permit from the local jurisdiction, and disposal of construction and demolition debris is subject to Washington waste handling requirements. Regulated material — asbestos, contaminated soil — has to be identified before it goes in a box, not after.

Dumpsters: common questions

What size dumpster do I need?

It depends on the material and the phase. Demolition debris is dense and fills a smaller box faster than framing waste. Tell us the material and duration and we will size it rather than defaulting to the biggest one.

How fast can you swap a full container?

For active project customers, typically next business day and often same day. Call (253) 410-0159 rather than emailing when a box is blocking work.

Can a dumpster go on the street?

Usually, with a street use permit from the jurisdiction. Requirements vary between Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, and Tacoma, so confirm before placement.

Need dumpsters in the Puget Sound?

Tell us the site and the schedule and we will send a written quote. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with 24/7 response during snow and ice events.
